ABOUT GRACEFULLY WHOLE

Gracefully Whole

Gracefully Whole was born from my own healing.

In my late twenties I was chronically unwell, emotionally dysregulated and deeply unhappy. I kept looking outside myself for relief while solo parenting and working full time. Movement was where things began to change. As my body grew stronger, my whole life shifted, so profoundly that I changed careers. I became a Master Personal Trainer and went on to manage a gym on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

There, my clients’ questions rarely stopped at their training. They wanted to talk about how to eat, how to manage stress and how to cope with everything happening at home. I recognised myself in every one of them. We weren’t just longing to be fit. We were longing to feel well.

I came to understand that health is a state of the body, but wellness is a state of being. True wellbeing asks us to meet all of ourselves with grace: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Today, Gracefully Whole brings together two practices that belong together:

Strength. Strength training for women 35+ through perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Muscle is the organ of longevity, and getting stronger is one of the most loving things you can do for your future self.

Restore. Exhale workshops, Private Restore Sessions and guided meditations that support your nervous system. They weave together Spinal Energetics, sound, breath and stillness so your body can finally exhale.

This is for the woman who holds everything. She looks after everyone else, and she’s ready to be held herself. Here, wellness is about nourishment, not punishment.

Strong body. Regulated nervous system. Whole you.

Felicity Grace

Empathetic and compassionate by nature, Felicity has spent more than a decade guiding women back into their bodies and back to themselves.

Her own path hasn’t always been easy. She has walked through anxiety and depression, burnout, hormonal imbalances, infertility and postnatal depression, and long seasons of people-pleasing and not feeling enough. Those experiences shaped the heart of her work: a deep belief that every woman deserves to feel truly seen, heard and supported.

Felicity’s training spans strength and conditioning, Pilates, physical rehabilitation, health coaching, somatic practice, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, sound healing and Spinal Energetics. On the Northern Beaches she’s best known for her strength classes for women, where she teaches that getting strong is an act of self-respect, not punishment. Alongside them, her Exhale workshops and Restore sessions offer a place to soften, regulate and simply be.

Full of life and spirit, Felicity brings warmth, humour and intuition to everything she does. She has never been afraid to pursue her truth regardless of the opinions of others. Her hope is that every woman leaves feeling stronger, softer and a little more whole.
