Resistance Circuit Class

This resistance class will help you tone, trim and strengthen your body. It is a full body workout incorporating weight training, cardio movements and pilates exercises within a circuit format. This 45min class will have you sweating, burning calories and releasing those feel good endorphins. All equipment provided and all fitness levels welcome.
